Beer Lab HI’s Department of Zymurgy brews Kombucha and Jun. Our kombucha is fermented with sweetened black or green tea. Our Jun is fermented with local honey and green tea. Established in 2016, we have brewed over 40 different flavors of Kombucha and Jun. Many of our flavors are inspired from childhood such as li hing mui, deserts, Asian ingredients, and beer.
