Beer Lab HI Big was conceptualized during the COVID-19 pandemic with the vision to bring local businesses together in a symbiotic relationship. We have always strived to create the best beers we can and wanted to find chefs who share the same vision of food.

Beer Lab HI Kitchen will be featuring a rotating array of local chefs creating new and exciting dishes to pair with our ever changing beer menu.

Beer Lab Pearlridge Resturant is located in Pearlridge Mall, Uptown at the former Applebee's.

We have 10 beers on tap and can fill growlers and crowlers for beer to-go.  ​
