Teams will play weekly every Wednesday 2 games at 6:30pm-8:00pm at Beer Lab Beretania

Championship Tournament Date: April 5, 2025​

Rules and Regulations

• Each team throws 4 washers per round. Teams alternate throws.

• Team that scored the most in the previous round throws first

• Feet must be behind front edge of box before throw. Referee may call no throw at anytime if foot is seen in front of line

• If needed Jan Ken Po for choosing of sides to throw from

• Any questionable calls may be asked for a decision by Referee. Referee decision is final. Referee may forfeit team for the week. no makeup.

• Games are best of 3 sets

• Time limit 30 min per game

• If time expires - each team will have final throws, cumulative points for all sets will be added and highest total will win.

• Players must wear covered shoes.

• Uniforms recommended, not required

• Substitutions are allowed during the game, substitute must be on the roster, players may be added to roster at anytime by checking in with referee.

• Players must play 1 game in regular season to qualify for the tournament

• $20 fee for no shows

Scoring

• 1 pt. on the board

• 2 pts. for a leaner against the backboard

• 3 pts. in the hole

• 1st team to 21 pts. wins, must win by 2 pts.

• Net Scoring - Only one team can score per round

• If your washer lands on top of your opponents’ washer, you cancel their pts. for that washer

• If your opponent gets a washer in the puka, you can ONLY COVER/CANCEL

• If a washer lands on top of the backboard, GAME OVER!
