BEER ORDERING FAQ

How do I order Beer Online?


Visit https://www.beerlabhi.com/order-online

  1. Select the location you will be picking your beer up from.
  2. Add the beer you would like to order to your cart, and check out.
  3. You will receive an email confirmation to Confirm we have received your order. You will receive and email notification when your order is "Ready For Pick Up."
  4. To pick up your order, please provide your name on the order to our server.
We package our beer-to-go in 32 oz crowler cans or in 16oz cans for our Limited Releases. When you place your order online, the order will go directly to the Beer Lab Location you selected and we will prepare your order in advance of you arriving. Please allow 1 hour for us to prepare your order.
If you do not receive an email Confirmation, your order may not have been completed or your email address may have been entered incorrectly. Please contact the Beer Lab location directly to confirm your order.




Is something wrong with my order because it says $0.00 and didn't ask for my cc info?


No, due to the limitations of our website, we are not able to process your payment online. Please pay in-store at pick up for Beer-To-Go purchases including Crowlers and Limited Release Orders. Thanks for bearing with us on this. Payment online is accepted for food orders from the Beer Lab Pearlridge Kitchen, Merchandise shipment Orders, and Special Events.




Did my order go through?


To complete your order you must click the "Place Order" button ALLLLLLL the way at the bottom of the page. Please see screen shot to the right. Once you have clicked "Place Order", you will receive an Email Confirmation confirming we have received your order. If you have provided a phone number, you will also receive a confirmation text. If you have NOT received an email confirmation, your order may not have been placed, and please place your order again. Tip: check your Spam Mail Folder If you have any other issues, please contact our locations during open hours for immediate help or email info@beerlabhi.com and we will get back to you as soon as we can.




How long can you hold it to pick up?


We will hold online orders and Limited Release orders for 3 days. If you do not pick up your order within the window they will be sold to the public. You may receive a call from us after the first day of holding because we always want you to receive the freshest beer possible. Limited Release Orders placed on Thursday for pick up on Friday: Orders will be held until Sunday closing. Any beer remaining on Monday will be sold to the public.




Can I use a proxy to pick up orders?


To reduce the number of people in our taprooms, we allow proxies. Person picking up the beer must provide ORDER NUMBER and NAME if picking up for someone else. Proxy must be 21+ and will be asked to show a valid government issued photo identification as proof of age (such as a state issued Driver's License).

Are you hiring?

Do you sell kegs?


Sorry, we do not sell kegs to the public at this time. We do distribute kegs to local businesses on Oahu. If you have any inquries for businesses, please contact info@beerlabhi.com.




Are kids allowed at Beer Lab?


Yes, we are a family friendly facility! Kids/minors are allowed on our premises, however they must be accompanied by an adult who is +21.




Can I have an event at Beer Lab?


Yes! For larger groups and buy-outs, please contact info@beerlabhi.com so we can assist you directly for your event. Buy-outs are not available on Friday and Saturday. For table reservations, please call the taproom directly during open hours so you can reserve a table. Waipio and University locations accept reservations. Pearlridge does not accept reservations.




Can I bring in outside food?


Outside food is allowed our University and Waipio Locations. Outside food is not allowed at our Pearlridge Location. We do provide food at each location so please check out our food menus!




Do you offer tours?


Unfortunately, we are postponing our weekly brewery tours till further notice. Keep up with our latest news by following us in Instagram.




What beers are available?


Beers available in our taproom can be found on our Locations page, after selecting the Beer Lab location you plan to visit. Scroll down to the "Beer On Tap" Section. These online menus are updated in real time from our taprooms. Please follow us on Instagram, to see the latest on our beer. We regularly post about the new beers on tap, special can and bottle releases, and sneak peaks in to what we are brewing.
